Junior Account Executive – Veritas Management
Veritas Management, a rapidly expanding direct sales and marketing firm, seeks highly motivated individuals for a Junior Account Executive position supporting AT&T. This role offers a comprehensive training program designed to develop future sales management leaders.
Essential Functions- Generate brand exposure and revenue through residential customer engagement and compelling sales presentations.
- Engage customers, understand needs, and provide tailored service solutions; complete enrollment and sales process.
- Learn leadership, daily operations, coaching, and performance evaluation alongside seasoned Sales Managers.
- Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, and key metrics to uncover growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Assume increasing leadership responsibilities, including team supervision, conflict resolution, and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while representing both brands with professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing training to accelerate growth into a management role.
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or informal leadership.
- No prior management experience required; full training begins on day one.
- Comfortable working directly with customers.
- Proficient using technology and learning new software applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a drive to grow professionally.
- Motivated, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
