Junior Account Executive – Veritas Management

Veritas Management, a rapidly expanding direct sales and marketing firm, seeks highly motivated individuals for a Junior Account Executive position supporting AT&T. This role offers a comprehensive training program designed to develop future sales management leaders.

Essential Functions
  • Generate brand exposure and revenue through residential customer engagement and compelling sales presentations.
  • Engage customers, understand needs, and provide tailored service solutions; complete enrollment and sales process.
  • Learn leadership, daily operations, coaching, and performance evaluation alongside seasoned Sales Managers.
  • Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, and key metrics to uncover growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Assume increasing leadership responsibilities, including team supervision, conflict resolution, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while representing both brands with professionalism.
  • Participate in ongoing training to accelerate growth into a management role.
Education & Experience
  • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or informal leadership.
  • No prior management experience required; full training begins on day one.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers.
  • Proficient using technology and learning new software applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a drive to grow professionally.
  • Motivated, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
