You will primarily sell in the field, documenting and managing multiple sales cycles from prospecting to implementation. What you'll do:Responsibilities
- Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and with teams to close sales, win clients, and meet sales targets.
- Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. Use targeted strategies to build a network and secure new business.
- Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate Daily. Act as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.

While a college degree is preferred, relevant experience such as two+ years in outside B2B sales, three+ years in HCM or related fields, or military experience is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications- 3-10 years of relevant sales experience.

Compensation in Connecticut ranges from $42,400 to $92,000 annually, with variations based on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, wellness programs, and more. The role's salary is approximately $43,300 to $93,900/year.
