B2B Account Executive – Kitchen Guard of Fairfield & Westchester

Location: Fairfield County, CT & Westchester County, NY

• Identify & develop B2B sales opportunities in the restaurant, hospitality, and property management industries.
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Educate customers on the importance of fire safety & compliance and our solutions.
• Close deals & manage accounts, ensuring clients stay on schedule with required services.
• Work independently while being part of a high-energy, results-driven team.

• Proven B2B sales experience – Strong track record in outside sales, field sales, or account management.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills – Ability to build rapport & close deals.
• Self-motivated & goal-oriented – Thrives in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and stay organized with CRM tools.
• Experience in facilities, fire safety, or restaurant services is a plus.
• Ability to work at heights and on rooftops and capable of lifting over 40 lbs.
