, is growing and hiring Licensed Insurance Sales Producers in the Fairfield County and New Haven County, Connecticut areas.

We are looking for someone who is optimistic, competitive, conscientious, emotionally intelligent, and hungry to succeed. Insurance experience is preferred but not required for candidates with a proven sales track record.

• $85,000–$125,000+ annual earning potential

• Respond quickly to new leads and sales opportunities
• Quote and sell Property & Casualty insurance products
• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospects
• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Follow a proven, systematic sales process
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Educate clients on protection and value—not simply price
• Overcome objections and confidently close sales
• Cross-sell additional products based on client needs
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Build long-term client relationships
• Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings

• Proven and verifiable sales experience

• Ability to work full-time in one of our offices in Fairfield County or New Haven County.
• Active Property & Casualty license OR willingness to obtain the required license before starting if a job offer is made
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
