Zoning Analyst - Experienced (Fairfield, CT)

Partner is seeking a full‑time Zoning Analyst to prepare Zoning Reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in report writing within jurisdictions across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.

• Prepare Zoning Reports
• Compose correspondences and directly communicate with municipalities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and all versions of Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with Google Earth and GIS Mapping applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Self‑directed, organized, and able to work independently
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in preparing Zoning Reports

• Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen

Salary range: $45,000–$65,000.
