Security Officer

Position Details: We’re hiring experienced Security Officers for corporate locations Pay: $18/hour

Sign-On Bonus: $500 (ONLY Alliance New Hires are Eligible, Restrictions Apply)

Premier commercial properties in Stamford, CTSchedules:
Full Time & Weekends

Shifts:

Day, Afternoon, Overnight

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong and visible presence to ensure safety and security
• Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter designated areas
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with directions, inquiries, and general assistance
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of the premises to detect and deter any suspicious or unauthorized activity
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established protocols
• Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other security personnel as needed
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the values of our organization

• Experience:
  
  1-2 year
• Minimum of 1 year Security Officer experience
• Valid CT Security Guard License that will not expire within 3 months
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training in security or guest services will be an advantage
• Ability to stand and patrol outside, no matter the weather or temperature
