Join Hinckley Yachts as a Marine Diesel Mechanic in Stamford, CT. Hinckley Yachts has over 90 years of heritage crafting America’s finest yachts. The company is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Marine Diesel Mechanic to join our team.
Responsibilities- Inspect and troubleshoot marine diesel engines and equipment to diagnose issues
- Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of the vessels’ engines and mechanical systems
- Repair or replace malfunctioning components, parts, and systems
- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repair work
- Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and regulations
- Proven experience as a Marine Mechanic
- Deep understanding of marine diesel engines and their components
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair engines
- Completion of a diesel mechanic training program is preferred
- Full-time
