• Water, fire, and smoke restoration
• Mold remediation & general cleaning
• Demolition & equipment setup
• Job documentation & customer interaction
• You’ll work closely with Lead Technicians, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently

• Hardworking & Reliable – You show up ready to work
• Detail-Oriented & Safety-Focused – You follow industry standards (IICRC) and company policies
• Physically Fit – Able to lift 50-75 lbs, climb ladders, and perform labor-intensive tasks
• Flexible & Ready for Action – Available for emergency calls, evenings, or weekends when needed
• Compliance Ready – Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, drug test, and respirator fit test
• Must be English proficient – Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Experience & Certifications – High school diploma or GED, Experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning, and IICRC Certification (Water or Fire Restoration) – A plus
