The State of Connecticut, Connecticut Technical Education and Career System (CTECS), are currently looking for a qualified individual to fill a General Trades Worker position at J.M. Wright Technical High School located in Stamford, CT.

Position Highlights:

* Full-time | 37.5 Hours/week

* First (1st) Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:30am-2:30pm

* Located at JM Wright Technical High School in Stamford

* This is a year round position

In your role as a General Trades Worker, you will have the opportunity to:

* Perform highly skilled maintenance and/or construction work requiring the application of trade skills, codes and standard practices in a variety of trade areas including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVACR, glazing, masonry, painting work etc

* Make estimates of time, personnel, and material required on assigned tasks

* Keep necessary records

* Perform snow removal duties and school wide landscaping duties

* Perform related duties as required
