As a Power Washing Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. • Power Washing & Equipment Maintenance:
  Perform power washing on commercial and residential properties; troubleshoot and maintain equipment (hoses, nozzles, pumps, etc.).
• Site Safety & Risk Mitigation:
  Identify and address potential hazards (e.g., chemical exposure, plant damage, furniture protection) to prevent property damage or injuries.
• Client Interaction:
  Communicate effectively with customers, address their concerns, and deliver outstanding service.
• Quality Control:
  Maintain a keen eye for detail; ensure thorough cleaning, proper rinsing of chemicals, and post-job cleanup.

• Experience:
  
  6+ months in a hands-on, labor-intensive role (construction, landscaping, janitorial, or similar). Power washing experience is a plus but not required.
• Dependability:
  Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work ethic.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ability to spot potential issues before they become problems (e.g., chemical overspray, unprotected surfaces).
• Customer Service Acumen:
  Comfortable interacting with clients; professional, polite, and solution-oriented.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment or hoses, and stand for extended periods. Comfortable climbing ladders and walk on roofs with confidence.
