What You'll Do:
* Design, build, and deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences using React and Type Script
* Own features from concept through production, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
* Create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces integrated with GraphQL and REST APIs
* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions
* Develop reusable UI components and frontend frameworks that enable scalability and long-term maintainability
* Drive performance improvements, accessibility enhancements, and overall user experience optimization
* Implement automated testing strategies and maintain high standards for code quality and reliability
* Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring exceptional performance and uptime
* Mentor engineers and contribute to the evolution of engineering standards, best practices, and technical direction Requirements
* 5+ years of experience building and supporting production web applications
* Strong expertise with React, Type Script, modern frontend architecture, state management, and component-driven development
* Experience integrating with GraphQL and REST APIs
* Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
* Experience building customer-facing applications with a focus on usability and user experience
* Strong testing experience with tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks
* Experience supporting production applications, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Passion for creating digital experiences that have a meaningful impact on users

Preferred Experience:

* Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other consumer-focused environments
* Portfolio or Git Hub showcasing technical craftsmanship and frontend leadership
* React Native
* Accessibility and WCAG standards
