From babies as young as 4 months to adults chasing personal bests, we offer a full spectrum of swim programming, including Learn-to-Swim, Competitive Clinics, and Adult Stroke Analysis for both competitive athletes and Master’s/Triathletes.

We are looking for exceptional instructors to join our growing family — individuals who are not only professional and knowledgeable but also nurturing, inspiring, and team-oriented. At Sweet Blue, our mission goes beyond swimming. We shape strong swimmers and strong character — helping students grow in confidence, resilience, and love for the water.

• At least 5 years of high performing swimming experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Age 18+ (per insurance requirements)
• Strong in-person communication and swim test skills (you must demonstrate all four strokes with solid technique)

• Competitive swimming background at high school level or higher
• Experience in early childhood education, teaching, or the medical/nursing field
• Natural ability to connect with kids and foster a positive, energetic learning environment

• Weekend-only shifts available-must work a Saturday or a Sunday
• Preference for 3–4 weekly shifts (approx. 4 hours each)
