What Youll Do (And Love)

Be a Trusted Mobility Coach
Educate clients on posture, recovery, performance, and movement mechanics. Youll go beyond stretchingyoull coach, empower, and inspire.

Build Loyal Client Relationships
Create safe, welcoming, and motivating sessions that keep clients coming back. Your presence, energy, and care will be a big reason why they do.

Collaborate and Elevate
Work hand-in-hand with our front desk and sales team to welcome new clients and guide them on their wellness journey.

Grow with the Best
From paid training to ongoing development through our nationally recognized Flexologist certification, youll continue leveling up your skills and impact.

Who You Are

Youre a movement enthusiast who blends knowledge, people skills, and positive energy. You bring both technical training and a human touch, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Must have (any one of the following):

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement
• A nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, NCSF)
• A professional license:
  Physical Therapist, PTA, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, or Athletic Trainer
• A movement teaching background:
  Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with formal anatomy training

Bonus Points For:

• CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to complete it)
• At least 1 year of experience working hands-on with clients in wellness, fitness, or therapy
• A strong foundation in anatomy and biomechanics
• Magnetic interpersonal skills and a naturally uplifting presence
• A growth mindsetyoure coachable, curious, and always improving
