Delivery Drivers

We are hiring full-time Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers with their own Transit Van or Cargo Van (Commercial-Grade Vehicle) for daily last-mile package delivery.

This is not a load board and not a freight or box truck job. You’ll be delivering small to medium-sized packages to residential homes — typically 70 to 120 stops per day on a consistent route.

• Pick up packages daily from our Charlotte, NC, warehouse
• Operate your own commercial van safely and efficiently
• Deliver packages on time with accuracy and professionalism
• Communicate any delays or issues clearly
• Provide excellent customer service

• Own a Transit Van or Cargo Van (Commercial-Grade Vehicle)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to lift and carry packages
• Valid ITIN or SSN
• Must pass a background check
• Availability to work full-time (5–7 days/week)

• Steady, assigned routes with daily package volume
• Weekly pay
• Fast loading at warehouse
• Supportive dispatch and operations team
• No rideshare, food delivery, or load boards — this is structured last-mile delivery work

• Full-time: 5–7 days/week
• Consistent daily routes — start and end in the same area

• Pickup from Charlotte, NC
• Deliver throughout the surrounding areas

• Year, make, and model of your Transit or Cargo van
• Any prior delivery experience (Amazon, Uber, Door Dash, etc.)
• Your availability and potential start date
• Your current location and the best time for a phone conversation
