WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Logistics and Routing Coordinator.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics including routing efficiency, customer service frequency, container optimization.
• Problem‑solving skills to take quick and decisive action to optimize routes in an efficient manner.
• Effective oral communication skills to collaborate with local operations teams, drivers, and other internal customers.
• Familiarity with logistics routing software.
• Ability to think outside the box when spotting opportunities for improvement.
• In‑depth knowledge of routing efficiency and optimization.
• Must be able to provide customer support for routing issues.
• Responsible for reporting and root‑causing sequence compliance opportunities.
• Must be able to receive feedback and work closely with local site leadership for continuous improvement.
• Responsible for maintaining routes including adding/removing stops.
• Additional tasks may be assigned by their direct supervisor.
• Ride along with drivers to understand routing opportunities, efficiencies, and container optimizations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is preferred.
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co‑workers and management.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in routing and dispatching.
• Ability to learn at a fast pace with initiative.
• Ability to interpret data effectively.
