Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a well-established manufacturing company in Stamford, CT.

This is a great opportunity for someone with shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience who enjoys working in an organized, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and keeping the shipping department organized and running efficiently.

• Receive and process incoming UPS deliveries.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing UPS shipments.
• Perform scale counting to verify quantities of parts and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
• Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving department.
• Ensure shipments are properly labeled, documented, and ready for pickup.
• Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed.

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with UPS shipping and labeling procedures a plus.
• Ability to accurately count, organize, and track inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Pay: $22.00/hour
