Support Worker – Learning Disabilities
Location: Glenholme Cecilian Court, Stamford, PE9 1QP
Hourly Rate: £12.25 – £12.45 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

As a Support Worker, your role is to help individuals live with dignity, independence and fulfilment. You will:
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support with personal care
- Teach and promote independent living skills
- Assist with the management of medication
- Support service users in engaging with community‑based activities such as swimming, social outings and leisure interests
With the right training and support, you will promote independence, choice, and inclusion — becoming more than just a support worker. You will be a companion, a guide and a trusted part of someone’s journey.
