Senior Administrator – Thurrock

Are you an experienced Senior Administrator looking for a new opportunity within a school environment? We are currently working with a school in Thurrock that is looking to appoint a dedicated Senior Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis, starting ASAP.

This Senior Administrator role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who is confident leading an administrative team and providing a highly professional service across the school.

Salary: £32,016 – £38,215 FTE

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of administrators and provide a highly professional, efficient and effective organisational service to the school.
Liaise with the PA to the Principal to ensure effective administrative support.
Provide a central coordinating role and offer advice and guidance on administrative matters.
Implement new ways of working where applicable.
Provide a professional and courteous first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors.
Support the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the school’s administrative functions.
The successful Senior Administrator will be organised, professional and confident in leading a team, with the ability to provide an efficient and effective administrative service within a busy school environment.
