They have recently invested into the site and it's a great place to work for any Engineering Shift Manager who wants to develop their career in all areas.

The duties will involve about 30% of hands on maintenance work within a fully automated site and 70% of leading the shift, mentoring, delegating work load, dealling with issues and generally looking after the shift.

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience (Supervisory level is perfect)
• Level 3 engineering qualification
• Requirements for the Engineering Shift Manager Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Leadership experience
  
  Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Requirements for the Engineering Shift Manager Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience of leading a shift within a large factory
