Transport Supervisor – 12 Month Maternity Cover

Office Based (WFH 1–2 days post-training) - Commutable from Essex, Kent, Greater London, Hertfordshire

Monday–Friday | 9am–5:30pm

A well‑established, growing business within the motor sport energy sector are looking to appoint a Transport Supervisor on a 12‑month maternity cover contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with logistics or commercial operations experience to take ownership of day‑to‑day transport coordination, ensuring products are delivered safely, compliantly and on time.

• Manage daily logistics schedules (goods in & goods out)
• Coordinate closely with commercial, procurement and production teams
• Oversee third‑party logistics providers
• Ensure compliance with ADR / IMDG / IATA regulations
• Maintain accurate transport and customs documentation
• Communicate with UK and international customers
• Monitor freight rates and support commercial operations

• 2+ years’ experience in a logistics or commercial environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Confident communicator with customer/supplier‑facing experience
• Import/export or customs knowledge desirable (not essential)
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
• ERP/CRM experience advantageous

• 10% discretionary bonus (paid in January, pro rata)
