- Be the first point of contact if there is an issue with deliveries
- Deal with delivery issues and chasing down any failures/concerns
- Deal with inbound and outbound calls
- Running your own trucks making sure drivers have the correct information
- Update relevant systems and ensure drivers have correct pins
- Working as part of a team to reduce company downtime
- Develop a strong relationship and good rapport over the telephone with customers and contractors
