Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

Pay Rate: $21 - $23 per hour (based on education and experience).

Program

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 1pm - 6pm; early start every Wednesday from 11am - 6pm. Hours may vary slightly depending on school location.

• Daily Program Meetings: each day, review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and foster team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring alignment with program objectives; lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children are enjoying themselves while meeting program goals by modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, address hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations.
• Communication: effective communication with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Ability to meet state-specific requirements.
• Cleared tuberculosis test and health screening.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of high school diploma/GED required.
• Fingerprint Live Scan background check completed and cleared.
