Position: Stylist (Retail) (Part-time)

Role Purpose

At Mejuri, Stylists are the first point of contact for customers. They create a warm, inviting experience and stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, educating customers on products and inspiring them to try new things. Stylists are role models of Mejuri’s brand vision and values with both customers and colleagues.

Availability

  • Must have open availability Friday through Sunday and be available at least one weekday or weeknight
  • Must be available during special event periods including Black Friday and Boxing Day

What You'll Do

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service by curating personalized styling experiences and providing thorough product knowledge
  • Drive the business by meeting performance metrics including sales per hour, conversion percentage, and revenue to target
  • Educate customers on Mejuri’s brand story and stay informed on all products, launches, and services
  • Work as part of a motivated, collaborative team aligned with the corporate mission
  • Champion Mejuri’s core values daily:

  • Assist in transacting customers accurately and diligently
  • Support OMNI business services including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, online returns and purchases
  • Maintain store appearance and inventory through day-to-day upkeep of visual displays and monthly counts
  • Identify opportunities to improve store operations and propose solutions

What You'll Bring

  • Ability to connect with customers in an authentic, warm way
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening to meet customer needs and work as a team
  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to suggest and style for customers
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving to deliver on customer and business needs
  • Ability to meet/exceed KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT
  • Attention to customer feedback and trends, with the ability to share insights with management
  • Strong attention to detail, organized working style, and initiative
  • Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
  • History of contributing to a positive team environment

Compensation and Notice

Pay transparency is provided; the base pay range for this role is $19-$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
