Overview

Within our partner school based in Stanley, we are seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with the class teacher, supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The Teaching Assistant will be given a full brief on the first day of arrival for this long-term full-time post. Part-time applicants may be considered.
Responsibilities- Work with the class teacher to support pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Receive a full brief on the first day of arrival for the role.
- Long-term, full-time placement with consideration for part-time applicants.
- A recognised UK teaching qualification or Level 2 or Level 3 equivalent
- Experience working with children
- Able to commute to Newcastle
- A current DBS certificate or willingness to undertake an application
- Have the right to work within the UK
