As a Full-time SEND Teaching Assistant, you ll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our dedicated teachers to provide tailored support and guidance to our SEND students.

Your role will involve assisting with lesson planning, delivering one-on-one and small group interventions, and fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience working with SEND students in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications in education or a related field (desirable)
