Supply Teacher

Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work in a range of primary schools across Stanley and Consett from September
.

This role is ideal for qualified teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work across different school settings. Supply work can involve short-term, day-to-day cover or longer-term placements
, depending on your availability and preferences.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and year groups
• Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided
• Maintain positive behaviour management and a safe learning environment
• Assess and support pupil progress during your time in class
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within UK primary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
