Are you an adaptable PE Teacher who can confidently deliver lessons across the secondary age range?

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a secondary school in Stanley who are looking for a PE Teacher to support their PE department. The school is looking for a confident and enthusiastic educator who can engage pupils and promote positive participation in physical education.

The school is looking to take on a PE Teacher on a day-to-day basis, delivering pre-planned PE lessons across the secondary age range as required. The successful PE Teacher will be expected to manage classes effectively, maintain a positive learning environment and ensure pupils remain engaged throughout lessons.

The successful PE Teacher will have:

QTS with a PE specialism (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
Experience teaching PE within a secondary school
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Confidence delivering engaging PE lessons
Excellent communication and organisational skills
An adaptable and positive approach
