Care Support Worker

• Full-time (36 hrs/week, Monday–Sunday)
• Part-time (24 hrs/week, Monday–Sunday)
• Sessional / Bank Contracts
• Shifts vary depending on weekly activities, with a maximum of a 12 hour shift

Tanglewood is where people are supported to live happy, independent lives. We support both men and women with complex needs including learning and physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and Down’s syndrome. Expect variety: personal care routines, shopping trips, karaoke, pamper days, socialising, community activities, and days out to various places. Your role is to promote choice, dignity, and respect every day while working as part of a close‑knit, supportive team.
