As a Robot Welding Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding machines to ensure consistent, high-quality output on a range of metal components. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve machine operation, quality inspections, basic maintenance, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to producing precision work while adhering to safety standards.

• Operating and monitoring robotic welding equipment
• Loading and unloading metal parts into welding fixtures
• Dressing and finishing welded parts using tools like grinders and scrapers
• Changing welding fixtures and loading the correct programmes
• Performing visual and dimensional checks using gauges and measuring tools
• Reporting welding defects and collaborating with team leaders for resolutions
• Carrying out routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs
• Maintaining accurate documentation through computer-based systems

• Basic or intermediate welding and fabrication experience (MIG, TIG preferred)
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with robotic welding systems (FANUC, ABB, Motoman) is highly desirable
• Proficient with inspection tools such as verniers, callipers, weld gauges
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding industrial environment
• Commitment to safety and clean working practices
