Monday to Sunday, varied shifts

• 07:00 – 14:30
• 12:00 – 20:00
• 16:00 – 00:00
• Other shifts as required by the rota

Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is looking for professional and reliable Relief Security Officers to support Tesco stores across the local area.

This is a flexible relief position where you will be required to work across multiple sites, helping to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service.

• Conduct regular store patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and anti-social behaviour
• Monitor store activity and respond appropriately to incidents
• Carry out retail security duties in line with site procedures
• Complete accurate reports and incident records
• Support Tesco colleagues and contribute to efficient store operations
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional approach
  
  Handle challenging situations calmly and confidently

• Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervision or Security Guarding)
• Full 5-year checkable employment history
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Willingness and ability to work across multiple sites in the area
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and confident manner
• Good observation skills and sound judgement
• Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential
