About

The Role

The role specialises in providing high-quality, customer-focused service to victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse across Karbon Homes housing stock. You’ll work in collaboration with team members and legal advisors, preparing and supporting colleagues with producing documentation, reports, issuing and serving notices of intention to seek possession, injunctions or other legal notices for domestic abuse within tight deadlines.

You’ll be expected to attend court on behalf of the organisation as required. You’ll be expected to have an excellent understanding of various support agencies available and will make support referrals where necessary for both victims and perpetrators.

About You

You’ll wow us with your enthusiasm and demonstrate that you have the ability, attitude and interpersonal skills to build strong and effective relationships with customers and colleagues and support the work of Karbon in our communities.

It goes without saying that you’ll have good organisation, time management and ICT skills. But most importantly you’ll be great with people.
