Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust market‑making engines and order‑management systems for commodity trading.
- Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of trading algorithms, from research to production deployment on AWS.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to translate models into scalable, low‑latency code.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the FIDCOM super department.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience in finance, with a focus on algorithmic trading.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Java; strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience deploying and managing services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, SQS, RDS).
- Deep understanding of market microstructure, order routing, and risk management.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
