Overview

Resident Technical Services Manager /MEP Project Engineer

Location:

Stansted Airport
Hybrid working:

• Support project delivery from design stage through to site implementation.
• Manage and coordinate contractor drawing submissions and SME reviews via document control systems such as Aconex.
• Track and ensure timely close-out of design comments.
• Lead design management activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Review and respond to technical queries relating to contractor designs.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to maintain momentum and quality.

• HNC or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or related discipline.
• Proven experience in fit-out projects, ideally within aviation, transport, or similarly complex operational environments.
• Strong understanding of design coordination and document control systems.
• Ability to manage technical reviews and resolve design-related queries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to be based on-site at Stansted Airport up to three days per week.
