37.5 per week. Salary: TBS Shift Pattern: TBS

We have an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our management team based  an Operations Supervisor you will lead and motivate a team of handlers.

Your role s and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Ensuring the effective performance of the shift in line with Hubs targets and KPI's
• Ensure that high levels of internal and external customer care are maintained by the shift
• Produce relevant reports as required by the depot
• Effectively communicate to all team members via hub briefing etc
• Ensure that all HASAWA Legislation/Security Procedures are adhered to and that good housekeeping is maintained
• Manage, train and develop your team for continuous improvement or succession through coaching, delegation and feedback
• Adhering and gatekeeping Fed Ex's policies and procedures

• The ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
• Be self-motivated, results and target orientated
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload , with excellent organisational skills
• The ability to work in a busy environment
