Are you a Mechanical Technician/Fitter? Are you looking for a new position where you will receive dedicated training, development and progression?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a multibillion turnover aircraft company, to have dedicated training & development and career options with an industry leading facility. You will work in a specialist team to repair, test and overhaul valve and cylinder assemblies.

Ideally you will be located in a commutable distance to Stansted Airport and come from a hands on, mechanical background. Full training will be provided.

• Working within a small, specialist team to repair, test and overhaul valve & cylinder assemblies within the aviation industry
• Dedicated Training & Technical Development
• 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 15:30

• 25 days annual leave + 8 days bank holidays, free onsite parking, life assurance x4, health insurance, doubled pension contribution (3-6%), monthly Wellness Breakfast
• Overtime available at 1.5/2× normal rate

• Mechanical, hands‑on experience
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, to work to tight deadlines and in line with quality and health and safety regulations
• Aviation/aerospace background advantageous but not essential
• Looking to join a well‑established company with the opportunity for training and development
