HRGO Recruitment - Commis Chef / Cook (Ad-hoc across August Shifts) - Stansted Mountfitchet CM24
Earn extra money this summer with flexible, ad-hoc kitchen shifts in August.
We are urgently looking for a Commis Chef / Cook to support a professional kitchen in Stansted Mountfitchet under the supervision of the Head Chef/Chef de Partie.
Duties:
- Food prep: chopping vegetables, peeling, weighing ingredients, preparing basic stocks
- Station support: assisting the Chef de Partie on sections such as grill, sauces or pastry
- Kitchen upkeep: cleaning work areas, washing tools/equipment, and rotating/storing stock correctly
Requirements:
- Some kitchen experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work at pace
- Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (not essential)
