Dumper Roller Operative

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dumper / Roller Operative to work on a project at Stansted Airport. The role will involve operating a dumper and roller safely and efficiently, supporting groundworks and general site operations within a live airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a dumper and roller in a safe and controlled manner
- Assist with general groundworks and site duties as required
- Be willing to step off the machine and help with manual tasks when needed
- Work in accordance with site safety rules and airport regulations
- Follow instructions from site management and supervisors

Requirements:
- Valid CPCS Roller / Dumper ticket (or equivalent qualification)
- Willingness to obtain a temporary airside pass (clearance process required - support provided)
- Good awareness of health and safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude

Additional Information:
- This is a hands-on role and not solely machine operation
- Rate of pay will reflect the requirement to assist with duties off the machine
