Do you love pets and numbers? Crossroads Pet Resort needs a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help keep our pawsâand financesâin order!
About UsWeâre an established pet resort offering daycare, boarding, grooming, and training with nearly 30 years of experience. We take pride in giving pets a safe, fun place to stay and helping our team (both furry and human) grow.
What Youâll Do:- Record daily business transactions in Quick Books
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
- Process payroll and vendor payments
- Generate and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
- Support budgeting and cash flow tracking with the general manager/owner
- Work closely with our accountant at year-end
- Has bookkeeping or accounting experience (Quick Books preferred)
- Understands small business finance and accuracy is your superpower
- Can work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
- Bonus: loves dogs, coffee, and organized spreadsheets!
