Wage:
Starting at $24/hr based on experience
CR&R is looking for a Recruiter who will help drive the overall recruitment/talent strategy by using best practices in attracting and recruiting talent to CR&R Environmental Services.
The Recruiter will be responsible for the management of full cycle recruiting for assigned locations. You will work directly and closely with the hiring managers, candidates, and the like to ensure the success against departmental goals as well as the broader company goals and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities And Duties- Partner with hiring managers, leaders, stakeholders, and candidates to drive full lifecycle recruiting.
- Respond to applicants, source resumes, pre‑screen applicants, schedule onsite interviews, conduct background checks, reference checks, offer letters, and manage the selection process.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
- Provide an efficient and professional experience for every candidate from application stage to offer.
- Become a champion for the company culture, connecting values, priorities, employment brand, and overall candidate experience.
- Assist with managing the company's Applicant Tracking System and processes.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1‑2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience required; staffing and/or CDL recruiting a big plus!
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating skills.
- Previous experience managing candidates and the offer process through an Applicant Tracking System.
- Self‑motivated with excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Deadline and results‑driven.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred.
