Staffmark is seeking a Blender Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Stanton, CA. This full-time role is perfect for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and looking to grow their skills in a hands‑on environment.

Pay: $20.00/hour

1st Shift: 9:30 AM – 6 PM, Tuesday‑Saturday (Saturday’s hours 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)

• Set up, operate, and clean blending equipment
• Accurately blend, label, and stage ingredients based on recipes
• Perform quality checks and maintain production documentation
• Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation standards
• Complete changeovers, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Lift up to 50 lbs and use pallet jacks for heavier loads
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Cross‑train and participate in safety or skill‑based training

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production role
• Previous blending or mixing experience is a plus
• Ability to read/follow production instructions and safety protocols
• Comfortable with physical work: standing, lifting, reaching
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Dependable, safety‑conscious, and eager to learn
