General Customer Service:
Welcoming guests (and their pets) to the facility. Client Call-backs: prompt attention to answering busy phones and email; responding to pet care/boarding service inquiries and selling products and services; handling dogs (and cats), general office work - data entry, filing, scanning, ordering.

Specialty Service:
Checking pets in and out of proprietary software system, engaging clients and handling their pets, conducting tours of the facility, invoicing for services and collecting payments, maintain inventory of resale items - assist with orders.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

We have been at our current location since 1996 and since that time, we have worked hard to hire the best staff to provide the best pet care and dog training available in Orange and Los Angeles counties. We have industry expertise that few can match.
