Prep cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients according to company recipes.
• Cook and assemble menu items while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating inventory, and minimizing food waste.
• Work as part of a team to keep the kitchen running efficiently during busy periods.

Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we're happy to train motivated individuals.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
