Arabel Groep BV zoekt een ervaren Consulent Jeugd voor 24 uur per week. Je onderzoekt hulpvragen, stelt plannen van aanpak op en begeleidt gezinnen in het hele proces van aanmelding tot afsluiting.
Je levert een integraal, doelgericht plan en werkt nauw samen met professionals en Veilig Thuis. Hybride werken is mogelijk en je werkt onder leiding van de teamleider binnen gemeentelijke kaders.
