Boden Haus Landscape is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our growing team.

For more than 20 years, we've been building landscapes throughout the Treasure Valley. Today, we specialize in commercial and high-end residential landscape construction, and we're excited about the future of BHL and the opportunities ahead as we continue to grow and add talented team members.

• Lead and work alongside a landscape construction crew
• Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications
• Perform project layout and establish grades using a laser
• Plan and organize daily production, materials, equipment, and crew needs
• Coordinate with project management and communicate job progress and needs
• Install and oversee irrigation, grading, planting, sod, rock, edging, and other landscape construction elements
• Operate skid steers, excavators, and other construction equipment as needed
• Maintain BHL standards for safety, efficiency, organization, and quality
• Train, coach, and develop crew members
• Use a smartphone and BHL's digital systems for communication, time tracking, schedules, and project information

• Previous landscape construction and crew leadership experience
• Ability to read landscape construction plans and specifications
• Experience setting up and using a laser for layout and grading required
• Irrigation installation experience required
• Strong understanding of grading and landscape construction practices
• Ability to operate landscape construction equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English required
• Comfortable using a smartphone and technology daily
• Dependable, accountable, and willing to take ownership
• Willingness to teach others and continue learning

• $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and capability
