Base pay
: $14.00/hr - $16.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

24 hours a week at $14 - $16 per hour, plus monthly performance‑based bonuses. Store hours: 10AM – 6PM with ½ hour lunch Mon‑Fri; 8AM – 2PM Sat;
Closed Sundays.

Boise,  – salary estimate $57,000.00 – $62,400.00

• 2 years retail / customer service management experience or +3 years US Military.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
• Minimum High School or GED.

• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed.
• Flexibility to help with other stores or team members when needed.
• Proof of a valid driver’s license and valid automobile insurance.
• Must pass a background check for credit, criminal and driving record.
