Shift Manager – McDonald’s (Franchisee‑owned)

This role is part of a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer, not McDonald’s USA.

• Provide leadership during shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Plan and schedule shift activities, monitor performance, and take corrective action to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure team adherence to safety, security, and profitability standards and communicate shift updates to the next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet their goals and manage day‑to‑day operational targets.

• Minimum age of 18 years to be eligible for management positions.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
