Compensation:
Full-time total annual compensation between $54,000.00 - $; including 15-20% commission on Front Payable Gross;
Bonus potential for exceeding customer satisfaction scores and for meeting unit sold targets;
Used vehicle purchases $250.00-$350.00 per vehicle purchased per pay plan; all subject to terms of pay plan.

• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

• Build rapport and qualify customer needs
• Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
• Purchase used vehicles from clients and finalize paperwork when done
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on inventory
• Follow up with leads and past customers
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
