Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate production schedules and deliverables with subcontractors and project staff
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety procedures and project plans
• Collaborate with Company personnel to coordinate project activities
• Review status reports, shop drawings, and modifications for schedule adherence
• Provide technical advice and problem-solving support to project personnel
• Assist in directing project activities including safety, resource management, budgeting, and quality control
• Submit works and purchase orders to superintendent
• Lead project status meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by site and company management
• Full-time travel required
Skills and Qualifications
Experience with MULTIFAMILY New Construction projects ranging from $20-60+MMKnowledge of Civil Sitework, Exterior, and Hardscape construction within the multifamily sector
Preference for experience in Student Housing, Garden Style, Wrap, and Podium Style Multifamily projects
Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
Understanding of contracts and subcontractor management
Ability to work effectively in a team and take on leadership roles as needed
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading
Prior experience managing subcontractors for production and scheduling
This role involves working on multifamily projects across the Southeast and potentially the west coast, requiring flexibility to relocate for extended periods of up to 1-2 years
Education and Experience Preferably a degree in Construction Management, Construction, or Business Management Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily NEW construction projects (not rehab or remodel projects)
