Full‑Time Child Welfare Caseworker – Blair County, PA

Justice Works is seeking a Child Welfare Case Worker, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding the well‑being of children and families within our community. In this crucial position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working closely with children and families to ensure they have the support and resources they need to thrive. Responsibilities- Evaluate client needs and determine eligibility for services.
- Assess mental, emotional, and social challenges to create a comprehensive support plan.
- Assist families with accessing community resources such as housing assistance, food programs, mental health services, childcare, and other public assistance programs.
- Transport clients using personal vehicle.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre‑employment, post‑offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non‑traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
