Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Hourly Rate: $16.00.

In this position, most of your day is spent being the last friendly face clients see before they leave the dealership, accurately processing payment for their service invoice. Your cheery persona also shines through the phone, when you answer our multiસ્ટ-line system and help direct clients to the appropriate department or individual. If the client is looking to schedule a service appointment, you follow our scheduling procedure by checking for open recalls, properly verifying client information, and accurately documenting complaints.

Additionally, you assist with various office duties as needed.
